Damaged Goods
If your goods reach you in a damaged state please contact us as soon as possible.
- Email through to and please include a photo of the damage, provide date of purchase and a description along with the price paid.
- Please retain a copy of the delivery docket.
We will endeavour to sort the return and replacement of any goods as quickly as possible.
If there is a quality issue with any of the goods you have received, again please take any photo’s which show the issue and contact us on
You are entitled to have the products replaced or repaired if the goods you receive are not of an acceptable quality.
Change of Mind
If you determine that the goods are no longer what you are after, we are happy to offer a credit to you.
- You must arrange the return of the goods to our site.
- The return items must be in as new condition.
- The delivery charge will not be credited.
